Single Family Neighborhood Slated for Mt. Pleasant

Charleston, SC (February 2005) – The Beach Company is pleased to announce the successful annexation and Sketch Plan Approval for Scotts Creek, a 40-acre parcel in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. The property, located on Rifle Range Road, will be developed as a masterplanned single family neighborhood in a highly desirable location in the heart of Mt. Pleasant. Homesites will become available in late spring of 2006.

Named after the tributary of the Intercoastal Waterway that is adjacent to the neighborhood, Scotts Creek will consist of 71 single family homesites ranging from one quarter to one acre in size.
